As a trauma educator, women’s coach, and person in long-term recovery from substance addiction, I’m consumed with understanding what gets in the way of brilliant, badass women like you and me becoming all that we’re capable of.
I spent my entire life in a deep disconnect between my outer confidence and capability and my inner fear that I was an undeserving disaster. I wondered what everyone else had that I didn't, and sabotaged a lot of opportunities as a result. When I began to heal my deeply dysregulated nervous system and activated the inherent feminine skillsets that our society overlooks, I found the tools to create lasting behavior change and transform my experience of myself. |
