My newsletter happens when it happens. Right now it's sort of basically once a week.

My writing is oriented toward women: feeling guilty about resting, figuring out how to adult with other adults, trying to love our bodies in a world that tells us to hate them. 


...And all the addictive-compulsive ways we self-regulate: food, work, relationships, alcohol, people-pleasing, and more, from here to eternity. 

...And the many other ways that stress management is required, and possible, in daily life!
